I am 16 years of age and I've wanted a tattoo since my mom got one when I was five. I've totally been set on the idea of tattoo, but everywhere I look you have to be 18 to get a tattoo. I know there are places out there where you can be 16 with your parents permission, but I just can't find them no matter how hard I look. Do you know where I can get one? I live in Washington, and would prefer places around Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, that greater area. Maybe even in Portland, Oregon or close to there. Please and thank you!... read more
